I don’t know about you, but I have to have some form of chocolate every day. It’s my “coffee” that picks me up and gets me going. I swear it has some secret power that makes me happier. I think I even read that somewhere.
After a hard day when nothing is going right, chocolate is my best friend, so, when I can include chocolate with something healthy like oatmeal, I’m so there!
Chocolate oatmeal is a great breakfast for us busy moms. Oatmeal fills you up and keeps you full until lunch. Adding chocolate makes it kid friendly as well. It’s also inexpensive to make, so it’s a great breakfast idea for a large group. You can even let the kids help!
This recipe is for four servings, but you can just double the ingredients for more mouths.
